Virgin Oceanic.
Over the course of 2011 and 2012, Virgin Oceanic’s one-person sub will journey to the deepest part of each of Earth’s five oceans.
The first dive will be to the deepest place on the planet: the bottom of the Mariana Trench – 11 kilometers (7 mi) straight down. This will be the first time since 1960 that human eyes have set sight here – when the bathyscaphe, Trieste (which moved straight up & down like a hot air balloon) briefly touched down carrying co-pilots Don Walsh and Jacques Piccard. This time, a sub that flies more like an airplane will allow the solo pilot, Chris Welsh, not only to reach the deepest point on Earth, but then to “fly” along the bottom of the Trench an additional 10 kilometers (nearly 6 mi).
The second dive – to the bottom of the Puerto Rico Trench – will be piloted by Sir Richard Branson. This trench is the deepest spot in the Atlantic Ocean at over 8 kilometers (more than 5 mi). This location is also near to Branson’s home on Necker Island in the British Virgin Islands.
Subsequent dives will carry a human pilot to the bottom of the Arctic, Southern and Indian oceans. Less than 3% of the seafloor has been explored, and none of the deepest points of the planet have ever been explored beyond a brief visit to one. The opportunities to see and learn from these dives are monumental.
Key dates and timings
Virgin Oceanic’s first dive will be to the Marianna Trench later in 2011, and a further four dives are scheduled over the next 24 months, subject to receipt of all required regulatory approvals.

A plan to build the tallest building on earth - the $28.5 billion Kingdom Tower in Jeddah, western Saudi Arabia that will stand 1.6km high - has reportedly been approved.
It will take a 12-minute elevator ride to get to the top of the building in Obhur, about 32km north of Jeddah City on the Red Sea's eastern coast.
The 1609-metre Kingdom Tower will exceed Dubai's 1000-metre Nakheel Harbour and Tower, the construction of which has reportedly been put on hold.

I want to pose the question is it possible? Could someone stream out into the world their last cry of life? What if that was what they wanted for their dying wish to show millions of people (if they were interested) the passing from life to death? Could it be used for psychological research? A political statement.
In the movie Live! we are shown what could be the next step in reality tv shows. Russian Roulette broadcasted live. Celebrities get involved.. Human society is disgusted and intrigued by the violence. What are the rules on youtube? On blogs?

What is art my dearlings? something that is framed?
I will attempt a feat of epic proportions for me, I want to express on canvas a dedication of my emotions.
The subject I have chosen is the sky.. I recently went to the Modern Art Gallery in Brisbane and witnessed this painting... by William Robinson "Dark Tide, Boganger".
The sky is terrifying, magnificent.. Please give me the patience to express this on a peaceful canvas of clouds on a cornflour blue stage... maybe start here my budding artists.. cloud drawing tutorial.

The expression an old soul has been haunting me.. If I wrote to my soul, the ageing body and 24 year old conscience to the immortal wise embodiment, actuating cause of my mind... what would I say.
Does death hurt? Will I remember this life, will those I love be with me when I am transmuted into another form? If I am turned into badger will my friend the bear be my previous mother...
Where did we come from? How do I be happy? Is happy what I'm meant to be looking for.. or is it a cause that I should rise up against bringing to other people's attention? There is radioactive water pouring into the seas from the disaster in Japan.. would my soul care?
thought --> how would I send a letter to my soul, the same way we write our lists of presents to Santa?
